Software license

A purchase grants the customer a license to use Phase Loom subject to the activation limits and license terms shown at purchase and in the product documentation.

Account and license security

Customers are responsible for keeping license keys private and should not publish or share them publicly.

Updates

Loom Instruments may release maintenance updates, feature updates, beta builds or other revisions. Availability may differ by platform and channel.

Support

Support is provided through the current Loom Instruments support channels. Include your platform, product version and enough detail to reproduce the issue when requesting technical help.
