Loom Instruments may process information needed to complete a purchase, deliver a license, activate or deactivate a device, provide support and maintain product updates.
Payments
Payment processing is handled by the payment provider used at checkout. Loom Instruments uses the transaction and contact information made available by that provider as needed to fulfill the purchase and support the license.
Licensing
Phase Loom licensing uses license information, activation status and a device identifier to validate and manage activations. Do not share your license key publicly.

If you contact support, the information you provide is used to respond to the request and troubleshoot the product.
